Save Buckets Of Cash...

I was going through the newspapers this afternoon and I wish I didn't! There was an article in there that said the price of bread has gone up. Oh dear, that's not really good news to me. My 2 boys just love eating bread and a loaf of bread can disappear within a day with the two of them around. So you can imagine just how much bread I buy a week. So Spiff, you're not the only bread lover around! LOL

It's gets harder everyday trying to make ends meet. Just trying to find the best deals around town is getting to be a huge effort. I'm the kind of person who will go around looking for the best deals. I won't settle for the first thing that I see. I'll check around until I'm convinced that the product I'm looking for is the best deal on offer. I have this peculiar habit of going through all the items in my shopping trolley a few times and ask myself if they're really necessary. And if I've a change of mind, I'd sneakily put them back in the nearest shelf... hehehe.

That is why I love this site called Save Buckets. I came across this site while I was browsing for better deals online. Save Buckets is basically an online comparison shopping service. And best of all it's free to use. Save Buckets will help you find the product you want with t he budget that you have, saving you lots of time and money. You don't have to go from store to store just to compare prices.

They have thousands of products from a huge arrays of shops to search from. I did an in-depth check on the site and it has some pretty cool features. For instance, the 'My Price' feature allows you to stick to whatever available budget you have when buying a product. If you see something you like, but the price isn't low enough for you, just enter your name in the 'My Price' section and the maximum amount you're willing to pay and Save Buckets will email you when and if the product becomes available at the price you stated. Isn't that just great?

Now, I can easily plan my budget when I'm looking to buy something and better yet, I don't have to walk around checking out every single shop comparing prices just to get the best deal. Now I can kick off my shoes, make a nice cup of tea, lean back and log on to Save Buckets and let them do the comparisons for me, all from the comforts of my own home. Ahhh... that's the life:)

Hmmm, I think I'll just do exactly that. I'm going to log on now and let Save Buckets search for that digital camera I've been looking for.

  1. I am a huge fan of bread. I have it at almost every meal. I will have to check out that site.

Not sure if they have it where you are but I buy frozen loaves of bread dough here. They come in a pack of 5 for less than 4.00. You take a loaf out, thaw it, pop it into the oven for 30 minutes and you have a full size loaf of hot bread. Its amazing.
