Just the other day I was clearing out my son's toys. His toy box is such a mess that every time he wants to play with any of his toys, he brings the whole box downstairs and creates such a mess. He has loads of toys especially those miniature model cars and those remote controlled ones. He just loves them. Every time I go shopping he'll always pester me to get him one. He thinks I print money or something... LOL!
He has been fascinated by trucks and cars since he was a little baby. When he was about 2 years old and just beginning to talk, every time we passed by a lorry or a tractor, he would stare at it in awe and utter the words 'Aiyo, ter'. He couldn't pronounce tractor properly at that time so 'ter' it was for him... hehehe. I used to buy him loads of construction sets that had lorries, cement trucks and tractors and he'd spend hours playing with them.
Well, nowadays, he's graduating into more expensive stuff like those Remote Control Cars. He's got quite a few of it already but the thing is he doesn't really look after them all that well, He and his brother will just crash the cars into each other like some destruction derby or something and before long, wheels will be missing, spoilers will be broken, doors will bent, etc, etc.
There's this mall near my place that sells these things for all those remote control enthusiasts and he loves to go there whenever we're at that mall. I told him, if he saves his pocket money then he can buy one for himself... hehehe. Actually when he's a little older and knows how to use the internet and stuff I'm sure he'll find sites like Everything-RC-Car pretty useful if he wants to take up RC cars as a hobby.
They've got some pretty impressive stuff that will make his eyes pop out like RC Trucks and Nitro RC Cars that look sleek and cool even to someone like me! What's really good about this site is that it has tons of product reviews and comparisons. They've also got a whole load of information on all the latest brands of RC cars out there complete with videos, pictures, articles, FAQs and lots more that you can be an expert in no time.
But if he does take up the RC hobby, he'd better use his own pocket money cos this is one hobby that is not in the least bit cheap!
