Red Gâc Is Good For You!

My skin is exceptionally oily. I think I could even supply a truckload of facial oil, so is anyone interested? :). Yup, I can never have that flawless, shine-less face even after putting on foundation on my face and countless touch ups. Blame it on my genes, DNA or whatever you may call it.

You are definitely blessed if you have a perfect complexion, but what about those who are not so blessed? Well, for one thing our diet affects our health, what goes in our bodies affects our bodies, that includes our skin too. Beautiful skin is definitely a sign of good general health.

Looking after the skin differs from one person to another. For some, it's just a splash of water with the any kinds of soap. While others, it means a routine of cleansing (with the proper facial wash), toning and moisturizing. But good skin care practice alone is not enough.

Why? Well, because skin care involves both protection and treatment. It is more effective to nourish your skin internally as it can influence skin appearance, beauty and health. That is why we need a dietary supplement rich in antioxidants. There are of course so many to choose from in the market these days but one that stands out is R.G. Skin Revitalizer.

R.G. Skin Revitalizer contains pure fruit oil extracted from Gâc, a bright red tropical fruit from Vietnam. It contains Beta-carotene, an antioxidant which helps boost the immune system as well as anti-carcinogenic effect. If you are not a vegetable person, then just take the Gâc! It is definitely easier and beneficial to your skin :)

  10. MD - If it works, I don't mind buying truckloads of it. Maybe I should plant that Gac tree... and make the oil myself... hehehe

  12. Marzie - Oh, lucky you!

I'm not very good with foundations too so I use compact powder.

I've tried the 'Tea Tree Oil' facial wash and toner before, but I didn't like the smell. I use 'Nivea Visage' toner instead :)

  13. Okay, the best toner and moisturizer ever is SK-II!! It's rather expensive, so maybe u can try the beginner's kit first, last time they were selling it for abt RM100, not sure if they've increased the price. But it does wonders for ur skin!! :):):)

  14. Marzie - That's what my friends told me too. Mahal la :(

Another thing, I don't like going to those beauty counters, those beauty reps intimidate me.

Perhaps I'll ask my friend to buy it for me... hehe
