My Uncle Lim...

I had some errands to run yesterday. Actually loads of errands to run. You know, that beginning of the month's errands, like paying the usual monthly bills (which I absolutely hate doing), visiting banks and a few other things. The boys were also restless staying home all day and since I had the day off, I brought them along with me.

After running around all over the place finishing up the errands with the boys in tow, we were all hungry like a bunch of famished cows, actually I've never seen a famished cow before though... hehehe. Anyway, the boys were also already starting their 'mommy, if I don't eat now, I'm going to faint' routine. They're perpetually hungry anyway. But then I was also hungry by then.

And since we were around the Sunway Pyramid area, I decided to have lunch at Uncle Lim's cafe. I've always loved the place, especially the one at Sunway Pyramid but they could surely use slightly bigger tables and some decent Quality Bar Stools because the ones they have were kinda uncomfortable. Whether you're looking for metal, wood or aluminum bar stools, QualityBarStool.com is the place you should look first.

They're basically offer all kinds of bar stools at discounted pricing from the nation's top manufacturers. On top of that, all their products are backed by 100% satisfaction guaranteed so you can make your purchases with the utmost confidence. And that's not all, you can also customize your bar stools to suit your individual style by choosing the fabrics you like or even the metal finish options.

And if you're not sure of what you really want, you can always call their customer service people via the phone or even email them to help you out. And that's not all, you can even request some free fabric or metal samples from them before you decide exactly on what you want for the bar stool of yours. Cool eh? :)

It also doesn't matter if you're just looking for bar stools for your own home or maybe you want to start a business and need some new fancy ones, QualityBarStool.com would definitely have something that would appeal to you.

Once you've made up your mind, all you have to do is make the order and it will be shipped to you directly either via UPS or FedEx. And if you happen to be living in the continental US, all bar stool orders that cost above $500.00, you don't have to pay a single cent for the shipping costs.

Anyways, enough of that cos the moment we stepped in to Uncle Lim's, the boys wanted to eat everything on the menu... LOL! And to be honest so did I. But in the end we ended up ordering the mushroom noddle set (I absolutely love mushrooms), 2 sets of toasted wholemeal bread (the taste was heavenly), one curry puff and the boys had something called crispy chicken with french fries.

I was also tempted to order the Otak-Otak but opted against it and thankfully I didn't cos by the time I finished eating everything, I was stuffed. So were the boys even though they were complaining earlier that the portions looked small. In the end, my younger boy couldn't even finish his meal!

Since I was done with the errands, we sat there for quite a while before heading into the complex for a bit of a walk around. Seeing as how it was the school holidays and all that and with Sunway Lagoon being just next door, the place was kinda packed for a working day.

After buying a couple of things from there, we decided to head home before the evening rush hour traffic started. I was totally exhausted by the time I reached home but those two fellas weren't finished yet so they headed out to the nearby park to play which was a blessing in disguise cos at least I could have some peace and quiet for the time they were there :)

But if you're ever around any Uncle Lim's cafe, I recommend you give it a try, if you haven't already cos the food is pretty decent and really affordably priced for a cozy little place like that :) I just might go and try it again sometime soon and I'll definitely try that Otak-Otak! :D

Pondering the mysteries of life against the great beam of the pyramid ...

Ooooh, I just love these ice blended coffees ....
