Just when I thought it's safe to sip my tea, I was shocked when I read this today. And I love those 3 in 1 tea. What am I going to drink now?? Isn't there anything safe anymore? We could be eating cookies, chocolates, sweets, etc... all laced with melamine all these years without even realizing it. I am just h-o-r-r-i-f-i-e-d!
I am so pissed with these unscrupulous people playing with innocent people's lives. What's next? I hope it's not my favorite instant noodle mi sedaap. Perhaps I should consider being a vegetarian... But then, one day somebody will say the grass contains melamine too!
I'm so upset. I think I should have a look at these wonderful stainless steel sinks at sinksusa.com. And get this, they sell premium quality sinks at wholesale prices. That's not all coz they have a wide selection of products too ~ kitchen faucets, ceramic sinks, stone sinks, copper sinks... you name it, they have it all! :D
I thing we should just plant our own stuff! Ha =)
ReplyDeleteaiyooo...laki sia suka tu Lipton 3in1 tea jg....mcm apa2 yg ada susu dlm tu kan bikin takut oh mo consume kan....harap2 jangan lah dia bilang tu nescafe 3in1 pun ada melamine....

ReplyDeleteThank god I don't really drink tea. But then, they are really getting too much aren't they? Soon, they will be nothing left that is safe to eat ... siggghhh ...

Tekkaus ~ Yeah, I think we should. And rear our own animals... back to kampung lagi best ya :)
ReplyDeleteCarol ~ Kana buat sendiri la skarang, no more 3in1. Now, they're also checking vegetables imported from China... teruknya, semua pun ada melamine. Lama2 kita smua jadi piring la ni macam!
ReplyDeleteKadus Mama ~ Not sure about Malaysia's Lipton 3in1. Tapi bikin takut juga la, kana baca tu label betul2 skrang.

ReplyDeleteSweet Girlicious ~ Yeah, it's better if we just avoid buying them for the time being.
ReplyDeleteThat's true. Buy local or buy from other safe countries :)

ReplyDeleteWah Lipton oso affected eh? I hope my Cafe 21 is okay! That's my fave 2-in-1 coffee! :)
ReplyDeleteMarzie ~ Itulah, scary kan. Well, I buy Indocafe cos Nescafe is too expensive and I find its taste kinda bland these days.
ReplyDeleteCafe 21 is nice! I dah lama tak beli Nescafe ever since I discovered Cafe 21, try la! Some more no sugar! :)

ReplyDeleteMarzie ~ I'll give it a try one of these days :) But no sugar, tak pahit ke??
ReplyDeleteMs Envy ~ They found melamine in milk, candies even in vegetables! Nothing is safe anymore, from China that is.
