Wednesday nights used to be such a boring time, TV-wise that is.
There's CSI: Miami which I am not at all keen on watching. That Horatio Caine fellow is just way over the top with his acting. I mean, come on, what's with that tilted sun glasses removing head action that he's so fond of doing?
Then there was Doc Martin and the trailers I saw didn't look too appealing but with nothing else to watch I tried it out one day and I was pleasantly surprised that I actually like the show.
My first impression of the show was that it was gonna be a boring show, the main character, Doc Martin is not even good looking, and the setting is by a seaside English village and you know know how some of these English shows are. But Doc Martin was far from being boring.
He portrayed this quirky big town doctor with horrible bedside manners perfectly. You don't see him break into a smile even once throughout the show. He's perpetually grumpy looking and his awkward 'almost' romance with the village teacher is so fun to watch.
I found myself getting hooked to the show and can't bring myself to missing one single episode that I actually completed this project I have on payday loans way before the show so that the moment the show was over, I could head upstairs and post it... hehehe

Horation Caine, That guys sure has one very huge ego and strange acting style. I cannot get why he just can't talk normally like everyone else. And the colour filters for that show ... just gaudy man ... LOL!

Ganas ba si H tu kadang2... bukan mcm Mac Taylor kan. Ba, masing2 punya style gia. Kalu smua sama, boring juga kan :)
IHHH!!! Sya tia suka tu si Horatio, dia cakap tu pun satu2!!! Dia punya tone pun, ishhh... malaz sya, tapi sometimes, sya tinguk juga sebab cerita dia siok, but not my fave lah! Sya lebih suka NY and Las Vegas.
