Age Is Just A Number

Time just flies these days. I remember back when I was still in school, time seemed to move so slow. I kept looking at my watch and hoped for the bell to ring... I just couldn't wait for school to end. Another week and July is drawing to an end, but I am excited for August as it is my month of birth! ♪Happy birthday to meeee.... ♫

I will be 39 soon... *sighhhh*. I thought I just turned 30 a few years back and now I'm going to enter a dawn of a new era.... hahaha!! Aisemen! So dramatic...

Don't get me wrong though. I'm not afraid to get old. In fact I have a few strands of white hair on my head and I left them be. My youngest boy wanted to pull them out the other day and I managed to stop him just in time.. LOL! It is a common belief that if you pull your white hair, more white hairs will emerge. Probably just an old wives' tale but I don't wanna take any chances.

So many things, good and happy things happened in July and for that I'm grateful and thankful. It almost makes me wanna wish for July to remain forever but then perhaps things will be even better in August. With that said... urmmm...
