The Amazing Race Asia Season 4

September is proving to be an exciting month for me. Both my favorite shows are back on TV. The Amazing Race Asia season 4 will premiere this coming September 23rd, just 2 days after The Biggest Loser Asia season 2. How awesome is that??! As a fan of both shows, I'm just delighted!

There are loads of eye-candy contestants... as always with reality shows. Since the show hasn't started yet, I don't have a favorite yet. But of course I will be rooting for my fellow Malaysians... hehe. Too bad there no teams representing Thailand this time.

This Asian adaptation of the four time Emmy Award winning -reality competition series, The Amazing Race, will see 10 teams of 2 from Asia going head to head with mental, physical and emotional obstacles all over the world. No one knows where they will be headed next or what challenges they have to face.

From models to lovers, brothers to best friends, expect an intense no holds barred scramble to the finishing tarmac, where a prize money of US$100,000 awaits the winning team. I know I'll be stuck to the sofa for the entire season which will probably see me looking up some Health Facts to find ways to stay healthy while being glued to the TV!
