Feeling old and crusty!

I've been having severe back pains for the past 3 days...arrgghhh!!! The last time I had a toothache I said I'd rather have a headache than a toothache... now, I'd rather have a toothache than back ache! What's wrong with me?? I couldn't stand up straight, I'm only 35 yet I feel like I'm 96:(. It wasn't easy having to explore the Bird Park yesterday, all because I had to please 2 bored boys. They are on a 2-week school holiday and I haven't even taken them anywhere. Bad mom!!

Well, I deserve the pain for being lazy... always told myself to go jogging at least twice a week, the municipal stadium is only 5 minutes away but noooo... I'd rather watch TV and stuff myself with chocolate, ice cream and cakes. Yeah, all the food I'm not supposed to take. Sometimes I hate being a woman! Little did I know my saviour was inside the closet.

The picture I posted is a bottle of ointment called 'Minyak Batu Sai Kong' or Sai Kong Bile Oil in English (or literally translated, Sai Kong Stone oil). This stuff really works... no, I'm not even paid by the company to write this if you're wondering. It claims to cure minor burns and scalds, cuts, sprains, bruises, swellings and insect bites. My dad swears by this stuff. He was the one who got me to buy this before I left for KL. I'm glad I did because I couldn't find this in KL and it did reduce the pain, I can sit and walk properly now:):):).

  1. Hey Nessa, I endorse this product 150% :) I had this huge chunk of flesh ripped out of my wrist and I used this stuff on it and like magic, the wound completely healed in a few days time. Even good old Merlin would love this wonder elixir :)

  4. I have this oil too sis which I've bought at the airport (kinda last minute)and it cost me triple the price you've mentioned!
Anyway, I do agree, this ointment is really good.
Dad also recommended it to me. It works very well on mosquito bites. The swell subsides very fast! So, another satisfied customer here.

  8. Hi Gideon!

I don't think it's available in KL. You can find it almost everywhere in Sabah (Kota Kinabalu). I think they sell it at the KK airport.
