A few days back I was trying to open an old document file where I kept some personal and private information about myself. And of course since it's private, I set a password for it just in case it got into the wrong hands or something. I wouldn't want my identity stolen now would I?
But the worse that could happen, happened. The password I keyed in wasn't accepted! Now that is really strange because I'm sure I keyed it in correctly. Maybe I typed it wrongly or something so I tried again but no such luck. It still denied me access to my own document! Hmmm, the thing is I have so many passwords for all my stuff that sometimes it really is hard to keep track of them all.
So, short of keying in every single password I knew and that still wouldn't guarantee me that it would give me access to my document I decided to try Password-Studio Pro from http://www.password-studio.com/. Password-Studio Pro is one of the world's most powerful Office password recovery tool and is mighty handy to have at times like these. It can check through 140,000 plus passwords every second! Now, is that fast or what :D
It doesn't matter if your document is in Word or Excel files, the Word password recovery and the Excel password recovery uses a combination of a Smart dictionary and Bruteforce hacking methods to retrieve your password as quickly as possible! With its Smart dictionary function, it checks over a list of 5.8 million common password combinations. If that doesn't work, then its Bruteforce function checks every single combination until it cracks the password for you. Cool, right?
So, if you're like me with dozens of passwords and have forgotten some of the passwords you use to protect all your office files, then why not visit them today and see for yourself how cool their password recovery softwares are :)

ReplyDeleteHi Nessa! I hate when I am trying to open an old document or account and I can't remember the password :) Once they called me from an office where I had worked several years ago and they wanted the password to open a very old document. I am surprised I remembered it there and then on the phone but it was clearly an exception :)
ReplyDeletehave a lovely day!
