Topping the chart is none other than Mrs Beckham herself, followed closely by Amy Winehouse, Mary Kate Olsen, Fergie, Kelly Clarkson, Eva Green, Avril Lavigne, Jessica Simpson, Lindsay Lohan and Alison Arngrim.
Surprisingly, Britney Spears is not in the list.
With all the money and fame they have, you'd think they could at least dress better ya?
