Do you remember your very first date? I remember mine, I was a wee young girl of 13, and the boy in question was 14... we were from the same school. It's really funny when I think about it... our date was in a field near my cousin's place in full view of my cousins and my sisters. I could even hear them whispering and joking nearby.
There was a bike race going on... I really don't remember much of the details. All I know, I was really scared. Nothing really happened, just plain talk... family, sisters, school... urrgh! How boring... hahaha. The only thing I still remember from that date is I was way taller than him!

ReplyDeleteYeah, the internet makes it so easy for people to get dates even before actually meeting someone!
Online dating...well, I got married thanks to the internet :) Hubby and I were pen friends for about 7 years and then we got married :) Most of my friends in Malta I met them through the internet too. It is easier than trying to meet people the usual way: courses, gym, etc. or easier than trying to know your neighbour, plus usually they are not interested in being your friend :)
ReplyDeleteHave a great day!
Spiff - Sounds like you have experience saja... haha
ReplyDeleteEasier for shy people too... it can be nerve wracking having to meet someone personally ya :)
La Delirante - Yeah, I know a few with similar stories. Not all are bad... but one has to be careful.
ReplyDeleteAh, neighbours... not interested to be your friend but they sure are nosey! :D
