A tribute to my late mom who passed away 3 years ago today...
She filled me up with such feelings
She radiated joy into all our being
And for herself
She kept not a single thing
My mother
She was always so giving
Feelings, are only feelings
Till you've lost your mother
And your feelings become a burden
Rest in Peace Ina (1938 - 2005)
She radiated joy into all our being
And for herself
She kept not a single thing
My mother
She was always so giving
Feelings, are only feelings
Till you've lost your mother
And your feelings become a burden
Rest in Peace Ina (1938 - 2005)
May her soul rest in peace!.
ReplyDeleteMay her soul rest in peace, Nessa. It's not easy going through life without our loved ones kan. So tough. But support from family members and friends can make things a littttle bit ok. And of course, their memories in our hearts keep us going.
ReplyDeleteThank you Luthie.
ReplyDeleteOsindak - Thank you for the kind and comforting words :) It's never the same without Ina around, but at least she's not in pain anymore and in a better place.
ReplyDeleteOh... missing dear mom.. it's been 3 years but it still hurts so bad.

ReplyDeleteWhat a nice tribute Nessa, may your mom rest in peace. :)
ReplyDeleteAnn - Same here sis... it feels as if it was only yesterday we surrounded her bed, taking turns to bathe and feed Ina. I dread the nights where relatives would come and gather... all I wanted was peace and for things to return to normal.
ReplyDeleteNick - I'm sure she is. What I'd do to have her back but I know that's not possible.
ReplyDeleteThank you Syura. I needed that hug :)
ReplyDeleteThank you Sweetiepie.
ReplyDeleteLa Delirante - We'll always miss the ones we are close to. Letting go is never easy but it's something we need to do so we could go on with our life...
