I've got this sudden urge to have a barbecue! I have no idea why but I just feel like grilling something. I mean, doesn't that sound like a good idea? Imagine a nice sizzling piece of steak, all marinated overnight with uncle Slocum's secret recipe or was it Colonel Sander's secret herbs and spices (LOL) Sizzling away on one of those cool looking gas grills in the front yard. The smoke and aroma wafting through the air. The neighbours eye you with envy and wished you invited them over. Ahhhh, I can just smell that darn steak already! LOL!
Ok, ok, you guys can probably tell that I haven't been to or organized a barbecue in ages. God, I can't even remember the last time I went for a barbecue. It's been that long, people. I seriously would like to organize one but the work involved is a big turn off. Especially setting up that old charcoal barbecue pit I have. How I wish I had one of those fancy and sleek looking grills, the one with the full works attached to it. Then I wouldn't mind organizing one. I don't have to sweat away trying to start a fire, with just a flick of a switch, I'd be able to start a fire :)
Barbecuing has always been something I love doing. It's actually a fun kinda thing to do. Everyone would gather around the barbecue pit, grilling their food, chit chatting away, drinking some nice cool lemonade, shandy and beer for the guys of course. After all, what is a barbecue without beer, right guys? :D Oooo, and ice-cream, we mustn't forget the ice-cream! Ahhh, that's the life. I'm really tempted to go and organize one for myself this weekend or something, call a few friends and satisfy this barbecue cravings I have.
Then again, maybe I can convince one of my friends to organize one and I'll go over and eat. That would save me a lot of hassle... hehehe ... So, anyone of you out there wants to organize a barbecue and invite me? I'm free for the weekend... LOL! Gee, I have absolutely no shame :p

Gas Grills is great! its faster, you won´t starve waiting, we have been using electric grill but I prefer to use charcoal walaupun separuh mati mengipas LOL). Hmm I cannot wait to do BBQ too, cannot wait for Summer to come..u certainly make me hungry oh:)
