Ugghhh, Mould!

Phew, the Chinese New Year holidays are almost over and I'll be glad when the kids go back to school tomorrow. They've been causing such a ruckus at home and I've been having to clean up after them every single hour like a maid! LOL! They start school again tomorrow and I'm actually looking forward to it!

I haven't been doing all that much for the CNY holidays except blog a little (OK, much more than a little), pick up after the kids and eat (what else). Nothing good was on TV except re-runs which I've seen a few hundred times. So, mostly it was cleaning up the house and also the kids room which at times feel like a damp, dark, scary place! They have a habit of leaving their wet towels and clothes all over the bed and it tends to give the room a little musky smell to it. For all I know one of these days, mould is going to start growing all over the walls!

Is it just my boys or do all boys have hearing problems?? I can tell them in the morning to dry out their towels after their bath and then when I walk into their room a little while later, I'll find their towels scattered all over the bed and floor. And when I go and scold them, they'll just say okay, sorry mom, okay and do the same thing all over again the next day! Grrrrrr, it ain't easy being a mommy! I don't remember ever being so naughty when I was a young girl... hehehe

I wonder... do these dehumidifier really work? I've never owned one before, probably because I didn't need one but now, I'm considering looking into one. I've never even seen one work except in the malls when they use it in those place selling cigars. But knowing my two inquisitive boys, if I do buy one, they'll probably be playing and fiddling with it all day and the next thing I know, I'll probably be having to buy a new one every month. I guess I'll just stick to screaming my lungs out at them everyday. It's a good stress reliever as well!
