The Curious Boy

A couple of days ago, my younger boy came to me and asked me to teach him how to play poker online. I stopped whatever it was I was doing and gave him this mean look and asked him just what he meant by teaching him to play online poker! And just where in heavens name did he figure that one out. He gave me this innocent look and says that he saw on the computer while I was surfing.

You see, my son has this habit of lurking behind me whenever I'm surfing, playing games or blogging. Don't be surprised that he probably even reads your blogs :) And I think he must have seen countless links and banners about online casino sites that appear on some of the pages. I guess he must have though it was some kind of game. You know how kids are these days. Though I wish he'd pick up the much more educational things that can be found on the net than casino games!

Maybe I should not be blogging or surfing when he's around. You never know just what he might pick up especially at his age, when he's easily influenced by stuff. In fact, I'm surprised at the amount of casino sites out there available for anyone who's into online gambling. I mean, who wouldn't be captivated with them, especially with 32Vegas.com. They offer some of the biggest gambling bonuses around. In fact just by signing up, you'll get a 320% bonus, no kidding people.

This vegas casino also provides a fashionable and pretty glamorous online gaming atmosphere, which makes you feel as if you're really in Vegas and not just sitting at a desk in front of your computer. Anyway, if you're really interested to know more, you can always download their free game software which offers a variety of 130 different casino games for you to choose from. And last but not least, you can make as much as $50 for every friend you recommend (provided they make a deposit in their 32 Vegas.com account), of course.

Anyway as I've said countless times before, gambling is not for me and certainly not for my 2 boys either! But I can't blame him for asking about it really, since he probably doesn't really know what online casino or poker means and it's better that he asked me than actually go find out by himself, right?

  1. LOL, that boy is going to be a regular gambler now isn't he?

Well, I don't blame him, there's so much of these pop up s and whatnots that practically push these casino ads right into our faces.

You keep an eye on that boy, the internet is really a scary place for kids that age ...

  2. Nick - Kids are curious creatures! :) That doesn't worry me too much though, it's about the 'birds and the bees' that I worry about. I hope I'll be able to explain when the time comes...
