So, just the other day I went out and got me some of those donuts. I gleefully head home to start feasting on them. But after opening the box and wolfing one down one piece, I had a major sugar overload... and immediately had a headache! Boy, these things were sweet and I mean really sweet! I struggled just to finish one!
I must be getting really old, back then I could eat loads of these sweet stuff and still have room for a dozen or so more. Not anymore, I guess. Sigghhhh... but I love the pink donuts though :) Well, at least my younger boy had a blast feasting on them and the picture below clearly shows how much he enjoyed it with the mess he made. But with the amount of sweet coatings on these donuts, even I made a mess of eating but of course I'm not going to embarrass myself and post my 'messy' picture now, ok! LOL!
I know I'm not going to be trying the Big Apple donuts in a long while cos they're just too sweet for my taste buds. But I haven't tried J. Co donuts though... that's my next 'project'! :D

ReplyDeleteI've not tried the pink BA donut yet, but it sure looks sweet and pinky! I like the original BA donut the best. Have u tried the chic cupcakes? I think they're just okay but just a tad too expensive, not that worth it! ;)

LOL! Sorry, I meant ori flavour....the plain white ones, with custard inside I think. That's my fave one. The cupcakes are from Chic...and it's ridiculously priced if u ask me. Some more the cake semua rasa sama but just the topping is different. ;)
